for all those who were wondering where i was.... here i am!!
and here finally comes the long awaited excursion post!!*drum roll *


sorry about the effects but i PROMISE ill update soon right after this round of exams are over... and about my terminal marks... the lesser said the better.... the outcome is that im going to have to join accounts tuition... so that kind of conveys the general message.....right now im going crazy listening to the jonas brothers( laugh if you want but it is a definite improvement for a person who doesnt listen to english music at all ), waiting eagerly for high school musical 3 , trying to cram accounts into my head... so yup my life is pretty eventful!
and my birthday is in a month.... wheeee!!!!!!!! im going to be seventeen!!!!!

life

i live up to my blog's name don't i ???
yes i do
so its been almost 3 and a half months ....
the problem is i start typing and my fingers start to ache....(hahahahahaha )
so its been hectic school,dance class kalpa kosha , annual day.... i had big plans of writing a lot based on all of these but sadly im too lazy you see....i have a rep to maintain
this year has been okay so far .... bro coming from the u.s .....we had awesome fun for a month
harry potter getting postponed..(dont ask.... i cried for a day)
and just general stuff......
ill post some meaningful posts soon i promise

ME THE CRICKET CRAZY ONE

the title might baffle many people... atleast those who know me really well....... poorvaja ;cricket crazy???? not really possible.....
however yes it is.....
a few months back i wasn't really following what was coming on the news but heard something vaguely about bids on cricketers and the pictures of dhoni, symonds, and a few other cricketers splashed on the front pages of the newspapers...... i didnt bother to find out more.....
my friend divya in school excitedly mentioned the INDIAN PREMIER LEAGUE starting from the next day and i told her it was sure to be a flop as no one would pay their money to see states clashing against each other.
however my first spark of interest came when i heard that shah rukh khan was the owner of the kolkatta team... shah rukh was definitely one of my favourites and that tickled my curious bone...

lazily flicking channels one evening i suddenly came to stop when i saw vedios of the crowded bangalore stadium gearing up for the inaugural ceremony of the ipl.... i couldnt stand back any further....
i got down to see the match. what came just out of curiousity became an everyday routine .

it was really interesting to see matches played and finished in such a short time.... not long winding ones like one dayers or tests that seem to be endless.... brett lee hugging sreeshanth.... ricky ponting and ishant sharma high fiveing ... some of these delightful moments left me asking for more... and when chennai super kings.... was one of the best teams with my favourite dhoni as the captain ... i breathed... the ipl had finally arrived!!

i got to see one of the matches delhi daredevils versus chennai super kings... we lost that match after 4 consecutive wins but winning isnt everything after all... the atmosphere, the music , the cheers..... its a once in a lifetime experience...

so what are you doing just grab the remote and watch the ipl... its cent percent entertainment (this is one of the most cliched endings but couldnt think of anything else )!!

pretty weird.... after almost 8 posts that im raising such a question....
i write some everyday experiences... so is it like a journal??
i jot down random musings.... so is it like a diary??

i saw some other blogs this weekend.... they made mine look like an lkg student's scribbling pad....

i got to get down to business.....

i first need to figure out what a blog really must have.....

OH MY GOD! I START TWELTH THE DAY AFTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the historical!!

apprehensive as many people are to see a period movie about akbar and jodha..... me being a lover of history was very keen on seeing the movie.... apart from the history aspect.... hrithik's abs and biceps too !!:-p
for all those expecting a boring film please change your mind.... jodha akbar explores the love between a mughal emperor and a rajput princess jodhabhai... who was first reluctant and almost ready to kill herself not wanting to marry the mughal emperor.....

they fall in love after they get married and the film also shows the opposition met out to jalalludin(akbar) by the people of his empire, his community and his relatives ...... he does nt let go even then and they finally realize their love for each other...

the only minus point in the film(i wouldnt really call it a minus point because i couldnt follow the chaste hindi not being very fluent in it) i found it tough to follow mosst of the dialouges

the exotic sets depicting the rajput and the mughal palaces .... the simply superb costumes and jewellery .. stunning ash and a very charming hrithik.... not to forget A.R.Rahaman ' s music ......every song surpasses the other... jashn e baara however is my personal favourite!

the movie might be a tad too long for some people at 3 hours 30 mins but it is definitely worth a watch!!!!

new year dears!

well happy new year everyone!!!
its been a long time and since ive been busy with exams i did not have time to update.....

2007 has gone by really fast..atleast for me it has...writing the tenth..... brother going to the united states... going into eleventh ... studying wihtout my friends for the first time in ten years..... enjoying a whole lot of new stuff like culturals...bunking classes(im not as nerdy as you think!!)..............

2008 opens up yet again with a whole lot of new excitement and prospects.... well it includes me starting twelth and slogging(i will have to think whether it should be classified under an "excitement") ..... the harry potter and the half blood prince movie releasing....... and a lot other things none of which i can think of now.......but i will keep you posted......

about the resolutions.... well i think nothing said is better said...... like they are going to last haha..... well actually my first resolution should be to follow all the resolutions that i make....so if that works out i think it will be safe to reveal all!!!
