well twelfth... all the hype ..... all the pressure.... and at the end of the year to be faced with the big bad boards!!!

i got my books today....
they already look scary....
i cant understand a word.....
every subject has got two!?! textbooks to it ......
i need to stop sleeping in class

OH MY GOD! I START TWELTH THE DAY AFTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
.......and i just feel like i joined l.k.g in s.s.k yesterday .....

the historical!!

apprehensive as many people are to see a period movie about akbar and jodha..... me being a lover of history was very keen on seeing the movie.... apart from the history aspect.... hrithik's abs and biceps too !!:-p
for all those expecting a boring film please change your mind.... jodha akbar explores the love between a mughal emperor and a rajput princess jodhabhai... who was first reluctant and almost ready to kill herself not wanting to marry the mughal emperor.....

they fall in love after they get married and the film also shows the opposition met out to jalalludin(akbar) by the people of his empire, his community and his relatives ...... he does nt let go even then and they finally realize their love for each other...

the only minus point in the film(i wouldnt really call it a minus point because i couldnt follow the chaste hindi not being very fluent in it) i found it tough to follow mosst of the dialouges

the exotic sets depicting the rajput and the mughal palaces .... the simply superb costumes and jewellery .. stunning ash and a very charming hrithik.... not to forget A.R.Rahaman ' s music ......every song surpasses the other... jashn e baara however is my personal favourite!

the movie might be a tad too long for some people at 3 hours 30 mins but it is definitely worth a watch!!!!

new year dears!

well happy new year everyone!!!
its been a long time and since ive been busy with exams i did not have time to update.....

2007 has gone by really fast..atleast for me it has...writing the tenth..... brother going to the united states... going into eleventh ... studying wihtout my friends for the first time in ten years..... enjoying a whole lot of new stuff like culturals...bunking classes(im not as nerdy as you think!!)..............

2008 opens up yet again with a whole lot of new excitement and prospects.... well it includes me starting twelth and slogging(i will have to think whether it should be classified under an "excitement") ..... the harry potter and the half blood prince movie releasing....... and a lot other things none of which i can think of now.......but i will keep you posted......

about the resolutions.... well i think nothing said is better said...... like they are going to last haha..... well actually my first resolution should be to follow all the resolutions that i make....so if that works out i think it will be safe to reveal all!!!
